Movement has been important to me from the very beginning, and is one of the biggest ways I both process my own life, and relate to other people. My whole life has been a study in one obscure physical discipline after another—Aikido, circus aerials, log rolling, and speed skating, to name a few. Becoming an ACE certified trainer and TRX coach has allowed me to clarify all my past studies down to what it's really about for me: what humans can do, and how to feel better in our bodies. Our initial consultation will be to discuss health and injury history, goals, motivation, and make a plan. Workouts can be once or multiple times a week, a couple times a month, or on-the-fly to fit schedules as needed.       <image:caption>If you're looking for peer-motivation and community as well as a lower price than more individualized training, small group may be the way to go. With between four and eight participants, you get a bit more of the feeling of a group fitness class while retaining a personalized feel. There will be some limitations in terms of location and equipment use—we can assess your space and decide what makes sense.
